Chad Howse Fitness : Man: A Carnivore Or Vegetarian?

Good stuff, Chad. Good points to discuss. I have always found it interesting from a totally scientific standpoint (and literal one too) that their are essential proteins, essential fats but technically no essential carbs. I am on board with the high protein/fat and fiber diet outlook. As a competitive (drug-free) bodybuilder, I can vouch for the diet points mentioned in the article.

Chad Howse Fitness : What it Means To Be A Man

Chad! Great post as always and a much-needed read for me! I have found that at times I am my best self when faced with huge challenges. When I went through chemotherapy I was very in tune with my "gut" and had a keen sense of where I was and what I had to do all the while keeping a weird sense of humor about the whole ordeal. Yes, your post was manly indeed.

Chad Howse Fitness : The Iron Guru

More of the "old school" stuff needs to be rehashed. However, some is rehashed today but relabeled and reclaimed by others. For example: FST-7 is big right now but all it is is a modified version of Vince's 8 x 8 system! Great post.

Chad Howse Fitness : How to Become the Alpha Male

Great stuff as always Chad! I can't tell you how many times I am asked advice on this very subject and most trainees scoff at the advice I give them. Gaining power and lean muscle isn't the latest and greatest "secret" out there and does not require drugs. People simply refuse to believe that these basic, time-tested principles are still what is required.
