There is kind of one (if updated): The Mine Little Pony mod. It switches the standart playermodel (and at least some of the monsters) to a pony model (available: Earth, pegasus, Unicorn , Alicorn) even with skins http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/748553-164-mi... (not yet on 1.7 but 1.6.4)

It's das (I should know, because I'm from Germany). And I will definitly grab one of those ^^ Nici usually produces in high quality so i think with the (licensed) pushie-buissness in their hands there is nothing to worry.

I have only downloaded it from youtube, because I'm on a meetup today, so we can watch the Episode (otherwise it would not be possible for us to watch the Episode before tomorrow).
I've only seen the first 5 seconds to check if the file works.
