Cruz, born in Canada under 8USC1401(a)(7), he automatically naturalized by entering and living in the US, before age 18, (8USC1431), so he is not eligible for US president. Since he held naturalized status at birth he had to choose between claiming naturalization in the US and life in the US under 8USC1431; -Or- per 8USC1433. Either way Cruz was not born in the US and is not eligible for POTUS.

You need physically violent contact with intent to harm, before you can get a conviction.

There ain't nothing stopping TEA Party from occupying a public space downtown, except ignorance and bigotry.
I see the Occupy Wall Street as a lesson in grassroots cooperation, organization, teamwork, and communication.
I admire these traits in our young adults. Their ability to establish media centers, press liaisons, and provide food and medical care is remarkable. They schedule general assembly so everybody can participate and voice their ideas. They solve problems and keep the event going. These concepts are learn in scouting, high school and colleges, through the various clubs and organizations, fraternities and sororities.
I guess TEA Party is too old or too jealous or too prudish to see the good in OWS. Open your mind to their organizational strategy. Oh, you've never been to Burning Man or Quartzite?
You look at OWS and nit pick them and find one or two bad behaviors, then you turn to the blogs and pass judgment on the tribe, and you do this as a representative of TEA Party. You are serving Wall Street in two ways, you are making OWS and TEA Party look bad, and you are driving a wedge between OWS and TEA Party. Wall Street wins!
TEA Party don't have to join the Communist Party, but it could camp out a convenient distance down the road and find a common thread to agree on, thus serving a loss to the established tyranny.
We can still push our platforms, register voters, share flyers, and recruit membership.

There will be a percentage of lives lost and injured, homeless, unemployed, etc., but the damage, is free demolition, which creates jobs in manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, real estate, etc., which will spur an economic growth. It's all about cash flow.

Why not post it as a PDF for free download to increase distribution. I can tell people about it, but they won't jump up with cash to buy it. The pamphlet is useless unread.
