This is a really interesting post! I never really thought about how whole foods meant chicken with the skin and the bone, egg with the yolk, or whole milk, but now that you say that it makes perfect sense. I feel the same way about the non-dairy and non-meat alternatives. I do use them in a pinch (in fact I just had the gardein chick'n scallopini for dinner and it was delish) but is eating processed meat alternatives really better for me than eating the meat itself?? I'm conflicted.

FitBloggin' was definitely the highlight of my May! June will bring lots of weekend trips, mostly with family, so I'm hoping to stay sane during the month despite the crazy busy times!

I always put my phone and camera chargers as the #1 thing on my packing list so I don't forget!

I also love the idea of sticking with a color theme so pieces are interchangeable.

Ahh great recap and pics! That tequila shot definitely helped take the night in a better direction than it was heading at dinner #1 and #2... =) So glad we got to hang out! I'm sure I'll be seeing you again soon at HLS! Hopefully that one will go by slower. Not.

I love this line: It's very old and sometimes I think the treadmills are going to fall apart when I run fast on them.

I did intervals this morning too and it was tough! What I've been doing is .25 miles at 7.2mph and then .25 at 5.8mph for recovery. Just make sure your heart rate comes back down during the recovery period - that's the main goal!

I was a class skipper, if they didn't take attendance so I could get away with it. Going back, I definitely would have attended more because you're paying for it!!

Hi Ana - Ezekiel bread is actually something I buy at the store. They sell it at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and several other stores (usually in the freezer section). Hope that helps!
