Great tips here Ali I think it's important to identify the reasons why you keep failing to follow through with things. Often when we fail to achieve a goal it's because of the beliefs we hold about ourselves and what we are able to do or not do. It's then important to identify these and then look to some form of coaching (including self coaching) to work through these.
