I still with in IT (Sys Admin now) but when I worked for HP back in the day, I had a user call irate and threatening a lawsuit... all because both the cup holder wasnt big enough and secondly (and this is the kicker) his computer wouldnt turn on. He didn't understand it needed electricity to turn on... he thought it was all battery powered and since it didn't say "batteries not included" that it was fully functional (basing this off the sales guy telling him this computer should last for about 5 years before it needs replacing).
