Hey, did you see the Anthro post on Instagram where they are apologizing to a ceramicist for stealing her idea? Lots of vitriol there.

Okay, I got the boots and they are not what I expected at all. First off they are not leather but imitation suede. The diameter of the calf is 14" and the height from the ankle to the top of the shaft is 15 1/2". But they are very stretchy and went over my 16"+ calves with a little difficulty. I haven't decided if they are too tight at the top or not.I wear a 9.5 and the 41 fit great.

They are sleek and sexy over my calves. Not worth full-price at all so I'm keeping them for a bit until I decide.

I ordered these boots Friday: https://www.anthropologie.com/shop/kiwi-encrusted...
I'm a little concerned they reversed the height and the circumference though as they look skinny fitting on the model.

I'm looking for low heel well-padded boots I can wear all day with skirts and will fit my larger calves.

I saw free returns on the shoes too. That's new. But only on some of them! Such inconsistent policies, Anthro!

Anthro Perks Day starts tomorrow! All weekend 20% off. But considering I'm still waiting on 5 items I ordered on the 6th, 13 days ago, I don't see any reason to order anything more.

Oh we used to have some this ends up furniture. That stuff lasted 20 + years! That said, my Mom still has the settee and chair that belonged to her Mom, they have to be at least 100 years old. We've had them re-caned and reupholstered but that was 20 years ago and they are still her living room furniture.

So I think it's obscene that Anthropologie thinks their furniture should only last a year. Disgusting.

I just filled out a survey. I return things for a million reasons and I tried to give them all of the reasons. Anthropolitan, I'm glad I'm not the only one who returns so many things.I feel like they don't know what their brand is anymore and they throw all these things at us and then get mad that we return them.

I mean there are SO MANY peasant blouses and wide-legged striped pants online right now that I go to the store and can't tell if the one in the store is the one I wanted to try on or not.

I hate to hear stories like this. I waitressed for years and nothing bugs me more than poor customer service. There is no reason to embarrass a customer. I encourage you to email Anthropologie and get the contact info for their regional manager and tell them about your experience.

I have two stores near me and for the most part, they are so nice. Just call customer service, tell them the problem and ask for them to send you a code. Ask to speak to their manager if you have to. There is absolutely no reason for you not to get a code - they want you to buy their clothes!
