His April ERA this year was 5.48. He is actually pitching better, despite a worse record. Those who judge him based off of his 0-5 record are misinterpreting his effectiveness. He had a rough month, but far from a season ruining month. He ended up with a 3.86 ERA last year, so I am confident that he will rebound in the summer months.
