I agree my family loved both the eggplant and this dressing..but I do have a question after reading your posts for a while now I am also the mother of three kids (all grown now) BUT how many meals do you cook a day you keep saying that you kids will not even touch what you make? Mine never really knew what they were eating most of the time it was just food guess they did not care enough ? Especially when it came to something like this. But then again I have to be HONEST and admit NONE of them eat at all health now that they are out of the house! I AM having a great time cooking along with your blog :-)
