I wrote a birth plan as a back-up (I used midwives and was planning a natural birth at a birth center). Of course nothing went as planned and I ended up with a c-section. I had a really long labor and spent a lot of time pushing prior to the c-section - so in the end I was just happy that me and my son were both fine!

If/when I get pregnant again I still want to try for a natural birth again, but I would definitely skip the birth plan, or do one like yours. The less stress you put on yourself during labor the better!

Love it! So stinkin' cute! My son had a mullet when he was about 8 months old, but I had to cut it off because I was tired of everyone mistaking him for a girl (despite being dressed in all blue). Now people just ask me if I know his hair is cut crookedly, lol...

I had a few Calico critters whenI was growing up too! I forgot all about them until I read this post - I think I donated them long ago. I still have my Molly American Girl doll and my "My Little Ponis" too, just in case I have a girl someday...although with my luck she probably won't want to play with them!
