I did already the ones from HELS :) but they need some retouching on the diffuse. Right now I am focused to finish the ones from the store first.

Before saying anything you should at least know what you are speaking of. IntenseDebate has a long way of development and is far from being an "messed-up, useless system". You can still can use your Blogger account to comment, you just have to use OpenID. Either you link it to your own blog, or to the Google profile your Blogger account is linked to. It is not that hard. And it will keep the integrity of your account preserved.

TechInfo Blog : [How To] Disable "This Program Might Not Have Installed Correctly" in Windows 7

Mainly any application that is whether of an old API build for Win32/.NET would give this "error". Most related to User Account Control, as through my tests. If to build a simple app, whatever language it is, you don't include a manifest containing the strict procedures telling how much control it would required for UAC, this thing shows up... Well, sorry for the rant, but it is something that annoys me as to that is a service that wasn't optimized/improved with any update. And it could've been... Anyway, thank you for this, it is good to see that annoying thing long gone! Merci.

Newest one is 9.0. Which is the one I "use". This problem happens only with 9.0; 6.0 to 9.0 CV works fine. I already reported to IntenseDebate this particular problem and they are working on it. ;)

Internet Explorer CSS problem is commonly related with each build, as Microsoft keeps purging their own code. What version are you using?

We all are used to Blogger default system, such change is meant to direct doubts. Although I think this is a matter of adapting ourselves. IMO this is to be kept. Might even implement it too. :) 'Night!

I did some testings regarding comments in Internet Explorer. Don't worry Joe, IE sucks. :) It seems IntenseDebate switch browsers styles, however it is defining a height for the divisory that holds the comment text. Can you try add the following CSS to the bottom-most of your Blog Design:
#idc-container .idc-c { height: auto !important; #height: auto !important; _ height: auto !important; }
