Some of you probably won't agree with my opinion here, but personally, the really noticeable autotune here kind of ruins it for me. If the VA needs pitch correction, that's fine by me, but at least try to make it a bit less obvious next time... Aside from that little problem, this is great, and Pinkie's Japanese voice fits really well. Can't wait to see more!

I'm lucky enough to have a fairly large meetup group right in my area (And a meetup tomorrow night, in fact), but most bronies I know online have never met another fan in real life before. Brony meetups are a wonderful thing. If there is a group in your area, you must attend a meetup at least once. You won't regret it.

The Source pony models look a bit creepy at times, largely due to the shadows I think, but nonetheless this video is incredibly impressive. Those pony models are DIFFICULT to manipulate, especially this smoothly with this many different elements and characters in every scene.

So wait, is this actual Hasbro-produced merch? Licensed stuff like WeLoveFine and whoever makes the accessories for Hot Topic use Derpy and name her such, to market to bronies. That packaging in the top picture, if real, looks like real Hasbro MLP retail packaging. If this is the case, this is the first time Hasbro itself has openly marketed a first-party product with Derpy alongside the Mane Six.

Aside from the initial "Ahaha, bros who like ponies" reaction when I first heard the term a couple years ago, I've never specifically associated the term "brony" with a particular gender. I personally tend to think of "bro" in a "we look out for each other" / camaraderie sense. The word "Sis" doesn't really have that same connotation, and is usually used as just an affectionate abbreviation for "sister". By default, I refer to MLP fans of either gender as "brony", but if a girl is uneasy with perceived masculine connotations of the word "bro", and prefers to be called a Pegasister or some other term, I'm 100% okay with that and more than happy to oblige. It's really not a big deal, and most definitely not worth starting arguments over. Likewise, female fans, please don't immediately get upset with someone if they call you a brony and you prefer another term. If you simply say "Oh, I prefer [x]", I think pretty much everyone would be perfectly fine with that. Love and tolerate!
