As a guy with a spouse in the medical community, this sounds close to home. Most Dr.'s are horrible bosses. They don't train their people enough and don't spend enough time looking at the world from the patient's perspective. Then again, the insurance companies also are just plain ugly, too.

Awesome recap of the road you've traveled. Me?
