I'm in the same boat as you too. I'm slowly but surely turning out my first draft. If you're interested in having me as a critique partner, please check my comment above to see if my WIP appeals to you.

A little about me: I just turned 16 today. This is one out of 3 WIPs I have, but it's my main project right now. I love reading and music, in addition to writing (of course).

Genre: YA fantasy romance.

Blurb: When Fawn's magical powers become the coveted prize in a bet between God and the Devil, Fawn's life is turned upside down–starting with the arrival of an angel named Caleb.

No agent (still not done with the manuscript). Past developmental stage (just drafting chapters now).

Last book I read that epitomizes me as a reader... Either The Raven Boys (yes, I'm serious. I'm not just sucking up) or Insight by Jamie Magee. Both have magic, strong female leads and romance. I'm basically in heaven with any book that has at least one of those qualities, but both Raven Boys and Insight had all three.
