No, and I'm not really all that interested in that sort of thing, more in the message he is delivering. The reason being there is too much "he said she said" with regard to these "cult survivors" and whatnot to sift through, and he presents more than enough research on the topic for it to stand by itself.

Except he isn't against compromises in practice; he only states it should never replace the goal of total abolition.

Have you actually read Rothbard's position on the whole "no compromise" thing? it is neither dumb nor implicated with the status quo.

I don't see your point. The military's share of the GDP may be decreasing but the GDP itself has been, and is still skyrocketing, largely off the back of credit booms. GDP is a rather meaningless statistic, anyway, it would be better to compare against a measure like Skousen's GDO.

And as a proportion of the budget, military spending in the US and elsewhere is huge. Are you saying that the amount of money going to it is all for "defence" and that there is some manner of crisis? Why on earth would it need $600b p.a.? It is 20% of the budget. A budget that has been growing and growing and is 50% financed by borrowing.

So we all agree with Molyneux, then, on that. Good.

Nozick's is about the only one, and even then, it is based on a host of untenable assumptions.

He has no interest in intelligent conversation. He has been debunked repeatedly for the past 5 years and still repeats the same hollow mantras. Ignore him and move on.

Her views on the topic were extremely limited and certainly not the result of a rational examination of Rothbard's works.

Was he even aware of Lysander Spooner? In the European context, anarchists are by and large the lefty variety. Molinari is extremely obscure.
