American University Intellectual Property Brief : Tarzan May Not Say Much But He Is Worth a Lot

ERB Inc. is just unhappy that someone else is doing a better job of promoting Tarzan and John Carter than they are. The Dynamite publications enhance the reputations of both characters, as they are extremelhy well done. ERB would do better to make a licensing deal with Dynamite. IMHO.

Hero Complex - Los Angeles Times : John Romita's classic 'Spider-Man' more amazing than ever

It seems wrong somehow that comics should turn into collectibles for rich people. Expensive products like the Archive books made for expensive tastes--fooey! Rich people should stick to diamonds, fast cars, yachts, and lear jets. Leave comics to us poof people.

Moonwolf's Graphics Lair : Cover Art - Dragon's Blood/Vvvarr's Qiip

And if you like the front cover, you should see what Miika did for me on the back. Dragons on Trollworld are shapeshifters if they want to be, and there are many good reasons for taking human form.

Hero Complex - Los Angeles Times : DC Comics relaunch: Nightwing and Captain Atom debut

I think Dick Grayson must be tired of his on again off again role as a stand-in for Bruce Wayne's Batman. I like the character, but Nightwing has little reason to exist. Give him a power ring or something. We don't need another crime-fighting acrobat--back again for umpteenth time.

Moonwolf's Graphics Lair : Evolution

Moonwolf, definitely a dark piece of art. I hope you are feeling better, and I hope you continue to feel better. Is a nice piece of art though. May I make up a Tunnels & Trolls monster for it? :)

Stargazer's World : Crazy Campaign Chronicles: Defenders of the Earth Redux or a Very Pulpy Future!

I love the idea. I'd play in a heartbeat. I think you might want to work on the political situation a bit more. Why not set it in the 1j940s? Instead of World War II, we could have World War Ming. It is, of course, an alternate Earth, but you could have all the great pulp heroes from Tarzan to Indiana Jones and the earliest superheroes involved in a two-planet campaign. You might have Ming and Hitler as allies. Lots of possibilities.

Nice render, Moonwolf. There is a lot of sublimated eroticism here.
