They actually don't even need permission of people they photograph in public. I wrote about this on my Tumblr recently. If you're in public, then they can photograph you with or without your permission and show your face. They are willfully choosing not to show the heads of these people.

If you read through the comments above you will find mine, which are skeptical of JD115's story. I was a student at North American Martyrs where Fr. Kevin was pastor prior to his mission in Belize. I respected him very much and did not believe he was capable of the abuses JD115 claimed.

I have investigated this case VERY thoroughly, and I confronted him with what I learned directly. I'm not at liberty to disclose our conversation at this point, but I would like to advise you to not let Fr. Kevin near your children. I do not think he is a danger to young children, but I do believe he would be a danger to those in their late teens.

Whatever the case, he is not the same man that I knew growing up and I now believe that he should not be allowed to minister near children or young adults.
