Specially with the cute & relevantly picture worth a 100 words on the 'backscratching' brigade. Well, I too discredit the term 'backscratching' that's naturally associated with the negativity around the 'reluctant-but-obliged' air around it.

I'd rather prefer to call it mutuality, which has more inspiration to it & the kind of community feeling it can promote, whether it is in a company, business field (the most!) or the blogosphere.
