Howdy follow ACCA'er...I know how hard it is to balance life with ACCA studies, it's horrendous and you're doing it with a new role which is bloody amazing. My hardest point was the last three papers and then I failed the ethics paper...queue tears and wanting to throw it all in with only one paper to go. It will be over before you know it and then you will have time to take up a pottery class...which I've yet to take up since completing ACCA but I did dance naked around the recycle bin when I threw out all my books and notes (it was in the back garden just to clarify that point).
Congratulations on the new house, you must be so excited about this and hey if it means you travel a bit less but have more stability (no fear of getting booted out of a rental property) then that is definitely a good thing. I'm sure you will find loads of things to do locally to explore your new area.
You know my thoughts on blogging and totally agree about blogger events; I had a meltdown after I got home after a blogger afternoon tea event and thought how the hell am I meant to write about that when we got to share one pastry between four bloggers and it's all rushed and not a proper afternoon tea experience. I no longer attend events and if I meet up with a blogger then I definitely want to sit down, relax and chat with them to get to know the person behind the blog.
I love this post and I love seeing your posts popping up in my feed but totally understand that work and ACCA definitely takes a priority in your life at the moment.
Sorry about the HUGE novel...I'm not one to leave a "nice post" comment...maybe I should more...I won't drop in a dodgy no follow SEO link either back to my blog....going now I promise....byeeee!
xx

Such a great post; you've hit the nail on the head especially the PR element. So many bloggers are guilty of accepting free stuff that doesn't fit in with they blog / readership or will write a positive review when it's actually been pants and unfortunately it's becoming all too common at the moment. xx

Great tips Catherine, always negotiate for the punting! Cambridge is my favourite place in England and I'm lucky to only live 30 mins away from the city and it still leaves me breathless with each visit xx

If you can, try and organise a Hot Air Balloon ride when in Cappadocia - the views are just breathtaking especially when in January when you have the possibility of snow! xx

This looks amazing; I was invited to try the Afternoon Tea however they have now cancelled (I think it's got rather popular). Might still try and pop down and go as it looks such a lovely spot for Afternoon Tea and I'm sure you had lots of giggles with Kat xx

I love Kent; Canterbury Cathedral during Easter weekend is a must as they have it all looking beautiful for the Easter service. All Saints Tudeley is on my list as I adore Chagall

Stunning photos Mandy, you definitely have a great eye when it comes to photography. Mostar is so beautiful and what a great place to have your 40th birthday. Like you, I have a soft spot for the Balkans xx

I love Chagall's work and I really would love to visit this Church - your photos have captured his work beautifully. They definitely love Chagall in Belarus especially in his hometown.

Mandy, your photos of Mont St Michel are amazing; I felt like I was walking through the tiny passages with you (but without the tourists!). France is full of surprising gems xx
