I am actively working on a set of Mrs. Fitzsimmon's Mitts for walking my dog this coming Winter. I am inactively working on several projects including 2 triangle shawls that I will eventually sew together for a really large & thick poncho for winter dog walking also.

I do believe that the bramble stems you have shown are going to turn out to be Red Raspberries. Let me know if I am wrong. Your immature berries seem to be more oval than what I know as Blackberries. My Blackberries were slightly longer and tubular than what yours look like.

I followed your link for the Foxy sockies and Ravelry says that the pattern is no longer in print; also, the designer is no longer online. Can you pass the pattern on to me like Sonia did for you?

If you still want to build your own home, take a look at this. I'm sure it could be expanded when you need to:

Here is a URL link for a Little Colorado brand wooden toy chest you may be interested in: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Little-Colorado-Solid-.... Not sure what price points you were thinking about or if you would have wanted it painted / finished or not.

So sorry to hear of your friend's loss. The Lord works in mysterious ways. We will only know his reasons when we see him on the other side. Bless you and C for the work you are doing for Abigail's Hope. Thank you for including the URL link for Abigail's Hope also; now I can go look at the patterns you and C are using.

Yes, trust in God and he will surely provide. It would be nice if you can get back to Oregon but, it would also be nice to get back closer to your families too. What did Kevin do before military life? Hopefully he can find something to do that he truly enjoys and will put money in the bank and food on the table. Good thoughts and prayers sent your way. I'll second the thought on your knitting being beautiful. Keep up the good work. Richard in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Give us the Reader's Digest Condensed Version of your thoughts; maybe we can help you along the way with our knowledge of possible similar events. But, on the other hand, if its too personal, we will understand. Have a cup of Chamomile tea and knit while you think on the matters.

Whatever your latest knitting project is, you have a nice shade of Blue yarn to knit with. I'm not Catholic but, Happy St. Lucia Day to you and your family. I'm knitting a Winter scarf among other things at the moment. Keep crafting on! Richard.

Here's hoping you have found some peace and regained your composure. Have your children help you with outside chores that will burn off some of their pent-up energy and maybe tensions will subside.
