Sound advise. Even when there is no baby involved most of it still applies. I think above all a sense of humour proofs a marriage against most things.

I have been fortunate to not have an embarrassing work incident but I had an incident at home where I embarrassed myself terribly in front of my children and their friends. They will never let me live that one down. One lesson I have learned shooters may look small and innocent but they are not.

I seem to go through phases myself. Weeks when I blog every five minutes and then I hit Blaaah. Glad you have Pish for therapy. I on the other hand need another type of blogging therapy. I must not blog when I am avoiding work.

So funny brought back memories. I am rather clumsy so my daughters would insist on walking around with gross nails rather than letting me clip them. I may have had to clip their nails sumo wrestler style more than one. I don't know why there was so much fuss when bits of finger went missing.

I have few friends because I moved a lot. My husband and I both moved to the city where we live and we have not managed to make many friends. I often feel a bit unnoticed and I often envy the people that have many friends and always seem to be going out with them. I have decided to work on those feelings. I am trying rather to focus on what I have. I have a good and kind husband that loves me. I have wonderful daughters. A close friend has decided to shut off her facebook account because she said that she sees other people's lives and compares her own too much. I write because I love it and I am going to stop doing this to myself.

My youngest says if it were not for bacon she would be a vegetarian. Me thinks snorting bacon is much more appealing than white powder.
