Yes! A pop of color goes such a long way, and rugs! Sometimes I scoot my rug on the floor just so I don't have to stand on the hard floor.

I hope your new treatment helps you a ton. My dad has become very stiff and rigid too. They don't know what he has. He is mostly in a wheelchair. He has osteoporosis very bad, and he may have Parkinson's. I hope that you are able to walk.

Hi! I'm new here, and I love your list, especially the Frank Peretti and Harry Potter ones, so that tells me I might like your others too. Good taste. And I love the prompt idea. Saturdays, is it? I will plan to make it back for that.

Apparently you went on the right day. They look like they had some of these rides all to themselves. Fun!

What a beautiful post in the midst of turmoil! We spent the last 5 years living in DC (which we miss so much), so Baltimore feels a little like home too. We have several friends there. Thank you for the insiders peek. I hope things are quieting down. I'm so impressed to hear that about the Gray family.

I've never flown with a pet, but we certainly had an adventure flying with 4 children, 2 carseats, 6 suitcases, and 7 carry ons... I didn't see. How did Texas Tech do in the bowls? We are Bama fans, so we were quite disappointed!

I can relate to so much of this, but most especially....RESIDENCY! Oh, bless your heart. My husband is not doing that, I think that is worse (as far as time consuming goes), but my husband is back in graduate school for Engineering. He has not been in school since 2002, and did I mention we have four children? Such a stressful time. He sleeps maybe 6 hours/night, usually 5, and our baby NEVER sleeps through the night. People going through this need all the help they can get with things like Thanksgiving! We are also displaced right now, living in California for school. We are still able to claim Texas on our taxes though. :) Thank you for hosting the blog hop!
