Shambhala SunSpace : Update: Laurie Anderson explores the bardo

I remember when Laurie and Lou were both on Charlie Rose (years ago - how many?). Lolabelle sat on Laurie's lap the whole time. I am saddened to hear of her passing, but it looks like Laurie has taken this sad event and made something out of it to benefit all beings!

It's very good to hear that Jobs was, for lack of a better way of putting it, a "real" Buddhist. And, as always, double secret bonus points are awarded for all mentions of "phone phreaking".

Shambhala SunSpace : Rice University study: Science and religion DO mix

"Scientists who view themselves as spiritual/religious are less likely to see religion and science in conflict." This belongs to the same category as the statistical finding made famous by Dilbert: "40% of all absenteeism occurs on Mondays and Fridays."
