Godhumai Dosai is an old old recipe that my grandmother used to do some evenings when I came back from school. I never used to have them at tht time as I preferred the crisp white regular dosas. Now when I think about it I feel bad, as she was giving me an extremely healthy option, which is also quick and easy to make without any prep work. Now I adapt all this and try to feed my little one!!! Lovely dosas and they look thick and almost like adai!!!
