The Duran (Alex Christoforou and Alexander Mercouris) did a very good analysis of all three speeches before the UNGA -- Wang's, Blinken's and Lavrov's. I don't think it's possible to fully understand Lavrov's speech without listening to the other two. Suffice it to say here that Blinken's speech was impeccably free of any mention of International Law, whereas that was the focus of Wan's and Lavrov's speeches. Here Lavrov reinforces that International Law is intended to apply to all while the US is constantly exempting itself from the rules of the Rules Based Order. In the Malcolm Fraser interview, he also mentions that hubris.

Wise and Frankfurter were Zionists (Jewish nationalists). Their loyalty was to Zionism, not to the 99% of Jews who were not "court Jews," and certainly not to America. Morgenthau was not a Zionist.
