Michael I think that you yourself have to admit that your reason and grounds for divorce don't come from something the Bible is telling you is okay. Your original answer does sound like the answer someone not looking at what the Bible says. I don't think KMR was saying your not a Christian, He just wanted to point out what the Bible says. Your answer was based on your own experience and you mention the law. Which is okay, but I think KMR wanted to point out how the Bible calls us to live when it comes to divorce. Which I think is pretty clear and not open for multiple interpretations. I think there are parts of the Bible that are harder to interpret, but there are many places that are cut and dry. If it were not so then we wouldn't be able to live under Christ like we do.

Go to the house of every casting director of every Jesus movie ever made, and say look at Jesus. Does he look like Jim Cavezal? Does he look like Desmond from Lost? Does he look like a white dude. No! He looks middle eastern. And he's kinda short. And you wouldnt look at him twice if it was based on his looks. Thats what we do. And it would be awesome. Then we probably would watch youtube.
