I feel much like you about graphic novels. I've not found many that appeal to me. But I've read so many good things about this one, including your wonderful review that I think I have to try it. I do have it in my library and every time I see a kid check it out I tell them to let me know what you think...not getting many responses though. Thanks.

Great books! I'm excited to read Talon. I really enjoyed My Life Next Door (and I'm not a big contemp fan.) I also think Speak is a classic that everyone should read. Hope you enjoy all of them. Thanks for stopping by!

I read most posts in a reader. If I want to visit a site, it takes me right to that post. That's why the extra click is annoying for me. But when I'm looking at new sites, I read the recent posts, and look at the menus. A well placed search box is essential (although mine doesn't always work correctly!) If your home page only has partial posts, I'm likely to click on one of them and be done. If you have the whole post, I will scroll down and read multiple posts if I'm interested. Once I'm off the home page, I'm not likely to go back.

Just like our tastes in books, our tastes in blogs varies. It really annoys me when I have to click YET AGAIN to get to the entire post. I like the whole thing on the front page. I guess I'd rather scroll than click. But I'm sure everyone has their own opinion. Thanks for the tip!

You are just like me. Scorpio Races was one of my favorite books. I really didn't like Raven Boys at all -- ended up listening to it to get through it and have no desire to read the rest. I guess that just shows she's very creative. My survey should be ready to post tomorrow.

The Cage looks interesting! I just read Isla and really enjoyed it. And, I've never seen Trust Me, I'm Lying. I'll have to check that out. Thanks for visiting!
