<title>RIVERFORK CONSULTING : 6 Basics of Change Management </title>
<link>http://riverforkconsulting.com/2010/04/27/change-management-the-basics/#IDComment71516068</link>
<description>The only thing I would add are what I call the good project mgmt techniques: recognition, reinforcement and learning (&amp;amp; changing) as a result of post mortem reviews. These things HAVE to keep going, or your project has a greater probability of failure. Where to start with someone new to Change Mgmt? They need to understand that it is like matrix management... Looking at your Steps or Prosci&amp;#039;s model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforce) vs who needs to be involved will give someone the sense of the complexity. Good post! thx.a. </description>
