I'm really sorry to hear how hard things have been for you, I can't imagine not having your children close by every day. As for the blog, you can only write what you feel, and it's clear that running makes you feel good, so it makes sense to write about that. I have been avoiding writing much on my blog because I can't be honest about as many things as I would like, but I honestly couldn't care less if someone stopped reading for whatever reason.

Hope time really does do the trick for you. xxx

Ouch to the fall. Btw, can I just say how inspiring you have been to watch, with your 12WBT and now the running? Whenever I am the gym clumsily trying to run for five minutes flat out I think of how far you have come. Good for you, it's never too late to make positive changes and feel healthier and happier. I say this coming from an overweight {i.e. obese} family who has always complained about genes while stuffing their faces.

I always sign a 2 yr contract for a phone right before the one I REALLY want comes out, still stuck with one I don't love...Oh well...Only one FFS for me this week, and that was the one where I wanted to make a special birthday dinner for hubby and somehow ended up with THREE desserts, two mains, and far too many sides. A grand total of about SEVEN hours in the kitchen. When I did finally sit down it was to get drunk on champagne. Hip hip bloody hooray. {And as much as I say I don't care about my birthday it's still sucky to know that the most anyone does for me is make a dinner reservation ;-( }

Oh Sarah, I so love your FFs posts! You always make me laugh. Which is as worry because not everything is intended to be funny, but you know what I mean.

I've been loving your progress with the 12wbt, and while I wish it would inspire me to move my arse, I know that's not gonna happen. So watching you go from same height and weight as me to much smaller has been great. Good on you!

I have been working on a FFS idea which I should be ready soon, more of an ongoing rant rather than just a week.

Anyway, have a good weekend, thanks for another great post.
