I tried posting from the airport the other day but my technology refused to cooperate, so I'm going to try again! These look beyond. Just beyond everything. I love how you take something delicious and then one up it. Vanilla bean browned butter? WHAT?!?! I must try these and I'm pretty sure my yield will be half yours because I will probably eat half of the cookie dough before they make them into truffles! You go gurl.
