THIS MOVIE OK. THIS FUCKING FILM. This was the first time I really gained an understanding of the fact that MOVIES ARE FULL OF WRONGNESS. Because I was 11, I think? And I thought if something was in a BOOK or in a FILM then it was full of ... Rightness? Because it was art and that was always right, and explaining something to me about the world? BUT THIS FILM. I watched it and I was like, hang on, I don't understand why everyone is being horrible to Katharine Hepburn, she's amazing, she's so smart and strong, why would -- what -- is her dad -- why -- WHAT --

The bit where Cary Grant is breaking character to laugh at Jimmy Stewart's drunken antics is pretty great though.

Her name is Blink and she is wonderful and I love her but all the comics I read with her in it were from the early-to-mid-'90s and I didn't own any of them and they have probably aged terribly but she is SO GREAT.
