I am a terrible cook and absolutely cannot multi-task. Luckily my husband is excellent. A cooking class would probably be a good idea. If you post a recipe, I'd love to see the Adzuki Sweet Potato Casserole!

My oldest's two bottom teeth were that way. I thought for sure the dentist would want to pull them, but they eventually fell out on their own - just maybe took a little longer. I swear the permanent teeth were almost all the way in before those teeth (barely hanging by a thread) finally came out. My recent post Looking for some fair-trade energy? Buffy is seriously the best. show. ever. Even though just about anything Joss Whedon touches is fantastic - we're watching Firefly again because I have already gone through Buffy so many times. It is always interesting to wonder how a show may have been different because of casting choices. Isn't it amazing how much we can do with so little? I think it can be such a perspective shift to realize that you don't need a fully stocked fridge or pantry to make nutritious and delicious meals! It almost makes me want to get better at cooking, although my husband is so much better at it. ;) My recent post It’s crisis time in the Horn of Africa. What can you do about it?
