Does anyone have a handy list of links for ways to help with day to day life stuff with ADHD that is more than just med suggestions? I'm becoming more convinced I'm ADHD with everything I read about it, including this - dreamy, non focused, smuggled books under my desk everyday because i got so incredibly bored in class, need to have a fidget in order to remotely focus during meetings, zone out during conversations even while I'm sitting there looking in the person's eyes...At this point, I don't think the hassle of going to the doctor and fighting for a diagnoses would be helpful for me, but I'd love to know what I can do to better structure my environment.

Going off of your amazing knowledge, do you know this one? Up All Night movie, I remember a small group of men crash landing an airplane onto an island filled with women. The women are of course, all very attractive and scantily dressed. Turns out a girls' school crash landed there and were raised by a nun who can no longer speak due to a broken jaw? It is NOT Love Slaves of the Amazon, but I thought it was something about island of amazons.

My dad's mom was legitimately off her rocker - although don't tell Daddy, as he insists she was a saint just because she stayed with my grandad and didn't murder him at any point. She was a tiny thing barely five feet tall, knew all the gossip in town, and never actually said anything bad to anybody. Except the police. She HATED the police with a passion. She was driving my sisters and I somewhere when we were kids when she got pulled over because she was also a really terrible driver, and my tiny, sweet tempered, never angry grandmother snapped at us, "Cover your ears, girls!" She cussed that cop out up, down, sideways, and backwards for at least five minutes. He let her go without a ticket.

USA Up All Night was amazing and I watched so many bad bad movies that I cannot remember the titles of but some details. 1. Only one man left in the entire wasteland. Lots of Mad Max dressing and a lot of women fighting over him 2. Evil guy who killed people and turned them into ice cream and sold it from his ice cream truck. Based on bad horror movie titles, I'm going to guess this one was likely called "The Ice Cream Man." I also would stay up stupidly late to watch Baywatch because I was emotionally invested.
