Oh man, I LOVE Snakebites! I had one for the first time in Dublin, but it was the totally traditional way--half beer (Guiness), half cider and black currant syrup. I've had one since in the states, but it's just not the same without the black currant syrup! Yummm and even without the syrup, always reminds me of Dublin.

I make fresh pesto in my "Magic Bullet" (mine's an off brand, but same thing)...it's so versatile! Also, LOVE it for smoothies...one serving, and no big blender to wash! Great to make salsa, sauces and more in, without even breaching the cocktails. (Not that you shouldn't! ;-)
