Michael Hyatt Blog : Keeping Your Word

Good post. I noticed that whenever I kept my word or atleast asked to be released out of it when I know I cannot make it, things have worked for me in life smoothly. The moment my integrity begins to slip things have also slipped in life too. Now I strongly believe that I need to become conscious of giving my word. Eeks, sometimes I do it so unconsciously!____Akila

Michael Hyatt Blog : Book Notes: Switch by Chip Heath and Dan Heath

I have reached the point where I know that a change is needed in my outlook towards life and towards some of the habits that keep holding me back. It is not like I have not tried but I somehow feel like a thermostat I keep coming back to where I was earlier. I have tried various methods but nothing seems to work. Perhaps this book might have some key in assisting me to move beyond this constant sticky point. I promise to read it on its receipt.
