Which means that anything you pin (credited or not) is being given to them to sell as if it was their own item. And if that happened and someone hired a lawyer, they'd come after you as it states you'd pay their legal fees/are held responsible.
So it's nice to have them credited, but per their TOS... it doesn't matter :(
