Depends, alot of the Sally's welcome both trade and retail customers. However my local Sally's has just changed to trade only.

You can check their website to see if your local sally's allows retail customers.

Very interested to hear that there might be a cheaper alternative to Moroccanoil. How much product do you get in the Renewing Moroccan Argon Oil Penetrating Oil ?
