<description>Good question posed on this article, I tend to think that business websites will remain important for the key marketing messages, product information, customer support and so on.  Social media sites seems to be more about sharing information and interacting with your customers online.  Pushing product/service information on social media is not always well received so that is likely to remain the domain of the website. </description>
