love lechon. flying with kids can be challenge, but after a while, they get the hang of it. :-) my 6-year-old's been flying since he was 3 months old and by the time he was 3, he was quite the pro - towed his own luggage and everything. :-)

This is a great topic! we unplug every night for a couple hours... maybe you should try short period of times at a time and gradually increase the time you're unplugged?

ok, so I had to google sarisa trees because they sounded familiar.. but I know those! My grandma's farm in the Philippines has those and I loooove those things. I've never been able to find them or anything close to them in the states tho.. :-(
