<description>Nice piece. I like the description of pa amb tomaquet as a comfort food... it&amp;#039;s so true. As for using tomatoes to moisten and soften the bread, anyone who&amp;#039;s tried eating week-old pa de pages bread can tell you it makes a lot of sense. Try eating it dry! </description>
