This whole project and new training is really impressive. What stands out to me most though is the collaboration with IT pharmacists to create visual data analysis dashboards. Visualizing data in my experience makes the biggest different when trying to me a change in a workplace. Your numbers go from intangible to something you can see and track and watch and makes everyone more invested.

Though our pharmacy education is thorough and well-founded on a technical and scientific aspect, pharmacy is a career where you work with every minority group and aspect of society. Our pharmacy education definitely lacks the diversity training and is full of internal bias that I fear is getting passed on to pharmacists who go through the program. I think what you are proposing will close some of those gaps in the education we are currently receiving.

I really like your point about people-first language. That's something I've heard brought up a lot in circles about disability and mental illness but never on the topic of drug use. But drug use can be just as afflicting and stigmatized as many mental illnesses and diseases, and these people would be shown the same respect when trying to combat the affliction.
