Excuse me when i mix into this discussion as a naive Swiss native.
I live in the most beautyful town on earth, in Basel (Switzerland). Here it is common that women feed their babies in parks, in the tramway (we in Basel call them "Drämmli"), in waiting rooms. I have never witnessed some sick man to take that as an allowance to grab.
Besides - when a sweet Baby nuckels on his mother's breast like a cute cupping vessel, you will see no nipples at all. So what's this sick man's problem?

Just because you see it and want it does not mean you are entitled to it. Breastfeeding should be permitted anywhere and everywhere. What this individual is suggesting is the legalization of assault. When will these types of men learn that women are not objects; that women are humans and have feelings? When will these types of men understand they aren't entitled to touch, fondle, grab, assault, intimidate, rape or murder women???

Are you a baby needing comfort, protection and nurishment? You are the stupidest male I have yet run across in my 65 years. I nursed my two sons for a long time. You completely missed the point and could only concentrate on yourself Did your mother sacrifice to nurse you? Ask her. She still has a lot to teach you so you can finally grow up and not just act on your impulse. But maybe you just need attention at any cost. Breastfeeding is as natural as breathing. Only someone sick, with a perverted mind, sees breastfeeding as sexual and wants to make life difficult for nursing mothers. Women who do not support nursing mothers and dare to call nursing " animal," are traitors to their gender, women who likely did not nurse their children and were not nursed themselves.They have no respect for God's design.

No gender is subject to truly animal impulse, it's called evolution or God-breathed intelligence depending on what side you're on. Men don't have to stare and objectify, grope or rape. They are above that and choosing to go lower is sickening. Women who want to free their bodies from legislation that only targets them in this day and age are right to feel that way. We shouldn't be subject to laws based on sex or gender. Also, breastfeeding is beautiful and natural and if you can't look at it with out thinking "that's disgusting" you are either sexist or have severe internalised mysogyny.

That's what they make breast pumps for, if you are going out take a bottle for the baby. We aren't animals. My mother had eleven children and never breast fed a baby in public. My goodness ladies have some self respect.
