Black bloc people have been around since the early 1900s out there and they seem to pop up anytime there is civil unrest, They did the same thing during the WTO and the 60s. They were also very active in the initial push for unions in the 1920s. That doesn&#039;t excuse it of course, but these groups have their own history and traditions that have nothing to do with Occupy. OWS is just the latest cover they use to engage in these activities.
