The regulations and the operator agreement are a big step in the right direction. COGA does not think so. What do you think?

Hello Mr. Heinlein,

The Town has negotiated an Operator Agreement with Encana that will be released Thursday and discussed by Board of Trustees on the 25th.

The Town also is considering new regulations at the Planning Commission on the 19th (tomorrow). Both impose more stringent standards than the state regulations.
