1. open each session of congress (both houses) with a complete reading of the Constitution. All members are required to attend. Any not attending will be denied their vote for the rest of the session.
2. read aloud all of each bill under consideration prior to the vote. Any member not in attendance during the reading will not be allowed to vote on that bill.
3. term limits on congress. 2 terms maximum.
4. require the President and each cabinet member to listen to a full reading of the Constitution.
5. tort reform - plaintif pays for everything, including defense at a level equal to their own representation, until the suit is settled in their favor. For particular areas like medical malpractice, have damage limits set by panels of practicioners.
6. English is the official language, as the Constitution is written in English.
7. limit the government to spend only what they took in the previous year, except for war efforts.
8. implement the fair tax.
9. reduce the size of federal government.
