I was actually there in front of the Dune's when it happened, there was no line to get in there never is. The crowd was out in front smoking because the new smoking ban says no smoking inside any workplace or business, but does not require the business to provide a safe place for people to smoke outside. I know well that smokers are third class citizens, but did that poor girl need to lose her legs?
