<description>Hi Vince, I would like your help in improving the efficiency of my training routine for three simple reasons. I want to become healthier, stronger, and more confident in athletics. I have an education in a health sciences field and I have learned that improved fitness reduces the likelihood of cardiovascular complications and other diseases. My cousin has been lifting weights for longer than I have and he has achieved a very strong physique as a result. This past summer when we were chilling out together he told me that strength gives you not only physical benefits, but also a sense of clarity in thinking, and that then leads to improvements in all aspects of life. Lastly, I&amp;#039;ve played basketball since I was 11 years old and the main factor that is preventing me from achieving my potential in the sport is a lack of strength compared to other guys my height. When I was a little kid I imagined myself dominating the competition when I saw Jordan on TV.
