Two out-of-state runners here (from Ohio). We clearly can't make it back again in two weeks, and we've also been informed that there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Our only remaining option is to try to transfer the registrations to someone else who wants to run.

On a side note-- does anyone want a pair of discounted entries for the half-marathon??
