Allright man i've read all your stubborn and careless posts and it sounds like your missing the point. The guy is dead, it sucks, leave him alone.

Motorcycle, Car and Truck drivers all make mistakes and all suck at times.

I personally believe if you drive an automatic car you don't know how to really drive and when you use cruise control your even worst. Americans in general suck at driving as you can have 15/16 years old on the road and getting your license is a joke.

Try living anywhere also in the world. Drive through Italian roads for example. You have vespas and motorcycles flying left and right and cars not stopping for pedestrians but people don't seem to be so dumb about it.... maybe because they don't drive huge SUV's with blind spots bigger then their asses
