You're right, Obama will probably ignore the upcoming protests, but he's not the only target! My reasons for attending are: 1. Because I love the USA and I owe it to my countrymen and women who have made my freedom possible. 2. My principles, values and conscience require me to participate. 3. Future generations are depending on the action of the People to secure their future. 4. I'm young and hoping to set an example for my lost generation. So even if Obama ignores us, I will still be counted as a face in the crowd.

Not very encouraging to those of us who are just getting started in our adult lives! I work both a full-time and a part-time job so I can afford health insurance. And because I'm single, my tax obligation is ridiculous. In order to afford health coverage, where my part-time job pays my premiums and allows me to save a little cash, at least I still have the freedom to make those choices, for now.
